Diploma Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

A skilled Diploma Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting is required. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in electrical equipment, including servo drives, encoders, PLC modules, power supplies, and sensors used in CNC/SPM machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns in CNC grinding machines, VMC, HMC, honing machines, and SPM machines to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Have knowledge of control and power circuits of machines and be able to read electrical drawings to identify potential issues.
  • Work under high production pressure environments to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
  • Can read and interpret electrical machine drawings to understand system functionality.
  • Should have a good understanding of basic maintenance systems like Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), uptime, and why-why analysis to optimize maintenance strategies.
  • Should have knowledge of the basics of 5S and Kaizen concepts to improve work efficiency and productivity.
  • Should have a good understanding of safety protocols and safe work environments to minimize risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Education: B.E, B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Role: Diploma Electrical Engineer responsible for ensuring optimal electrical system performance.
  • Industry Type: Engineering / Cement / Metals manufacturing.
