Lead Electrical Maintenance Expert

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead to spearhead our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering, with experience in managing maintenance teams and overseeing condition-based maintenance initiatives. They should be able to analyze equipment performance data, identify areas for improvement, and create effective maintenance plans.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute maintenance strategies to maximize equipment efficiency and uptime
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored maintenance solutions
  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience with condition-based maintenance strategies and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
