Job Title: Spa Therapist

Job Summary:

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services in a safe and comfortable manner as per Jiva Standards. This includes maintaining equipment and inventory of products, acknowledging and responding to customer queries, and performing opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver spa services such as massages, facials, and body treatments
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
  • Assist with scheduling guest appointments
  • Recommend spa products and treatments to customers
  • Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality
