Job Responsibilities

As a Spa Therapist with The Indian Hotels Company Limited, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure, in a safe and comfortable manner as per Jiva Standards.

You will maintain equipment and inventory of products, acknowledge and respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations, and perform opening and closing procedures.

You will schedule guest appointments, arrange workstations, treatment rooms, and drapes, and help promote the massage to SPA members and hotel guests.

You will monitor stock levels of oils and creams, uphold hygiene standards, and follow health and safety regulations.

You will apply best practices, be up to date with market trends, and be thoroughly familiar with and able to recommend Spa products and treatments, as well as know pertinent hotel information.

You will maintain positive guest relations at all times, maintain client details and confidentiality, and fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.

You will attend all scheduled meetings, classes, and training sessions, and knowledge required within the Spa must be passed on to co-workers.
