About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the integrity of Goldman Sachs' finances and expenditures. As a Financial Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the asset management division, reviewing quarterly and monthly valuations, and performing related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard the firm's assets and reputation by controlling and supporting the asset management division, ensuring compliance with firm policies and global financial regulations.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Support the fund launch and liquidation processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with other divisions, including Business Teams, Product Services, Operations, IT, and Trading Divisions, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund administrators and auditors, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. As a Financial Manager, you'll possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 4-7 years of experience in alternative investments and private funds.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and other financial software.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Financial Manager at Goldman Sachs, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
