Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Technology Leader to spearhead the development of our mobile applications and drive architectural solutions.

This role offers high-impact technical leadership with formal people management responsibilities. You will oversee a remote team of engineers and collaborate closely with product managers to drive architectural solutions for our mobile products.

As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving architectural solutions collaboratively with your team and engineering leadership. You will also write production code regularly as a core contributor and own operational excellence for your team's systems.

You will partner closely with product managers as joint owners of your product success, contributing technical and delivery insight to shape what gets built.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of functionality, including mobile banking and payment solutions.

We are looking for a tech lead who has owned solution design for complex features within mobile apps before and has worked with applications used at scale.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a strong self-learning drive, and experience with React Native, payment or mobile banking solutions is a plus.
