Airport Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The role will be responsible for coordinating airport operations with various stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling agents, and air traffic control. This requires a senior resource who will work closely with all airport stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate airport operations with airlines, ground handling agents, and air traffic control.
  • Ensure compliance with airport regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of airport operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of airport systems, including AOCC, Slots & Planning, Terminal Operations, and Airside Operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
