Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale, complex telecom infrastructure programs through all project lifecycle phases.
  • Support senior executives in strategic planning and analysis, facilitating scoping for new telecom initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth program execution through liaison between business, network operations, and technical teams.
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet project goals while adhering to established project methodology and governance standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and across regions.
  • Support senior executives in strategic analysis, project scoping, and approach definition.
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and communicate output.
Requirements

We are seeking a Program Manager with:

  • 8+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Solid track record of managing multiple agile teams and delivering software products on time.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification is preferred, and telecom domain knowledge is an asset.

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a technical degree is required.
