Within the telecom domain consulting division, Infosys is seeking a senior level Service Assurance solution Designer/Architect able to interact effectively with Customers (CxO), Directors and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in complete OSS area and effectively discuss about possible solutions, define the high level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering complete OSS.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of solution design
Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service Assurance
Understanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns, UML, BPMN, SOA etc.
Experience in designing on Service Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Middleware, Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rollout
Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (eTOM, TNA, SID), ITIL, IEEE, etc
Expertise in any of the area in OSS is required with overall understanding of the entire stack.
Knowledge of Synch Vs Asynch API’s, SOAP, Rest architecture
Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals
Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in one or more areas of Telecom process (Fulfilment/Assurance), preferably Assurance
Should be able to prepare, analyses and review proposals from internal teams, be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day-to-day decisions to run the client project.
Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
Should be able to groom reporting consultants/ designers in basic consulting / Solution design skills
Experience Range : 5 - 15 years
