Creative Content Leader

Job Description:
Crafting creative content that meets the highest standards requires a seasoned professional with expertise in global campaigns and award-winning work. Your pivotal role will be to develop innovative concepts and strategies, driving strategic branding and providing valuable feedback to enhance team performance.
As a skilled Copywriter, you will partner with fellow creatives to conceive and deliver outstanding content projects, from conception to completion. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product data, claims, and competitor information, showcasing your ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high productivity.
You will also participate in client meetings, market research, and social events, ensuring seamless communication and representation of our agency's values. This role offers the opportunity to lead the creative team, drive strategic branding, and provide valuable feedback to enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative concepts and strategies for global campaigns
- Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product data, claims, and competitor information
- 1-4 years of experience in creative writing or content strategy
- Proven track record of creative ability and judgment
- Excellent presentation skills and successful client contact experience
- Ability to manage creative writers and travel as required
