Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automated test scripts using C# with Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow for BDD-style testing.
  2. Create and execute automation test plans and test cases across web-based applications.
  3. Utilize scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance test automation and streamline workflows.
  4. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners in Agile/Scrum environments.
  5. Track and manage defects, bugs, and development tasks using JIRA, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  6. Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and to support test scenarios.
  7. Generate and maintain test reports, dashboards, and key quality metrics for stakeholders.
  8. Participate in test planning, estimation, and documentation of test strategies and coverage.
  9. Support regression testing and ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in test automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
  • Experience in behavior-driven development (BDD) using SpecFlow.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Strong experience using JIRA for bug tracking, task management, and working with agile boards.
  • Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.
  • Hands-on experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for test data validation.
