Job Title: Experienced Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of previous works and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
  • Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
  • Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Show a strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
  • Have a creative talent, imagination, and eye for design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects
  • Modular interior Experience is essential
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
