Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer with relevant professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a refined aesthetic to every phase of the design process.

Qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field, with a minimum 1 to 3 years of industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present mood boards, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) presentations, and product palettes aligned with the overall project vision.
  • Conduct design research and maintain a strong pulse on global trends, luxury brands, and bespoke design elements.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project teams to translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions.
  • Assist in material selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to design documentation, presentation decks, and client meetings as needed.

Skills

  • A strong aesthetic sensibility with an exceptional eye for proportion, detail, and materiality.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and proactive in learning and contributing to design conversations.
  • Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design.

Computer skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop.
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3D Modeling software such as sketch up, 3D Studio Max and Viz.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.
