Job Title: Financial Professional

Location: India

Reporting to: Senior Accounting Manager/Finance Director

Certification Required: Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India)

We are seeking a highly competent financial professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of Indian financial regulations and taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and review income tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Manage audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offer guidance and support for corporate finance activities.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
