  • 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.">
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, isolate model.">
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Bloc / Cubit / Riverpod).">
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.">
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.">
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.">
