Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our mobile application testing efforts, leveraging expertise in debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough mobile application testing (Android & iOS) utilizing advanced skills in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
  • Establish and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA reports to ensure thorough coverage and high-quality releases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7–9 years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
  • Demonstrated ability to set up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
