Job Title: Financial Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of tax norms.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
