Business Intelligence Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions that drive business value and improve decision-making.

Your primary objective will be to design, develop, and implement advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities to support strategic business initiatives.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deploy new data products and CR/Enhancement to provide consistent, reliable, and automated delivery of data internally and to our partners.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various teams to develop and deploy new data products, and effectively communicate the value of business intelligence solutions to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning to ensure seamless data delivery and optimal system performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, including expertise in POWER BI data visualization toolset, SQL, and relational data manipulation. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business intelligence, with 9-12 years of proven experience in business intelligence reporting. A current understanding of new tools and software is also desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Publish user adoption metrics on a periodic basis.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for information and knowledge of user access engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert level experience in POWER BI data visualization toolset.
  • Strong SQL skills for data interrogation and transformation.
  • Robust understanding of relational data and ability to manipulate fact data along multiple dimensions.
  • Current with new tools (Desired Skills familiarity with Azure data bricks, Azure data factory).
