Key Role of a Senior Account Manager:
As a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, you will be responsible for managing major accounts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing large-scale accounts is required. You should also have technical expertise in the cybersecurity field, good analytical skills, and strong project management capabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, enabling them to make independent decisions effectively.
Identify problems and address them internally to drive resolution with technical support teams. A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets is expected.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization are necessary. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.
