Brand Experience Manager Role Overview:

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to spearhead our offline brand experience and marketing efforts. This position will focus on ensuring consistent branding across all offline touchpoints, including buses, lounges, uniforms, hoardings, and on-ground marketing activations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with vendors, manage operational alignment, and implement visibility mechanisms to ensure the brand experience is consistently executed across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Branding Standardization & Implementation: Develop and maintain brand consistency across buses, lounges, uniforms, and other offline assets. Establish comprehensive branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance across all Zingbus assets.
  • Vendor & Operations Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing, uniform manufacturing, and branding execution. Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and proper implementation of branding across locations.
  • Offline Marketing & Activations: Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations. Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance Zingbus' presence across cities.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.
