Job Title: Senior Finance Expert

Role and Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to analyze and manage financial data for our Loan Against Property (LAP) program. Key responsibilities include:
    1. Perform in-depth eligibility calculations as per defined policy programs.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing of LAP cases.
  • Case Management: To maintain timely case resolution, adhere to strict set timelines. Effective management skills will enable you to handle multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Vendor Coordination: The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with vendors, obtaining technical and legal reports necessary for LAP case approvals.
  • Delinquency Management: Identify areas for improvement by analyzing EMI bounced cases and implement corrective actions to minimize defaults.

  • MIS Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting through various management information systems, including the tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration: This role requires strong interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth movement of files and dockets between departments, ensuring streamlined business operations.

  • Credit Decisioning: As a critical decision-maker, conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions on case approvals, aligning with our company's underwriting standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of underwriting quality and accuracy, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Post-Disbursal Support: Coordinate closely with the OPS department to address client requests post-disbursement, ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Business Performance: Contributing to achieving monthly and annual business targets while maintaining portfolio quality is essential for this role.
