About the Role:

As a MEP Sales cum Project Engineer, you will oversee both commercial and technical aspects of MEP projects.

  • Identify opportunities, generate leads, and pursue HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects.
  • Meet clients, assess their needs, and develop techno-commercial proposals that meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate with design and implementation teams to ensure successful project planning and execution.
  • Site management involves supervising execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Building strong client relationships is crucial for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in MEP sales/projects, preferably with HVAC background.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts is essential.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project schedules is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel for site meetings and client interactions is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
