About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Repair Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Handling:
    • Provide warm welcomes and courteous service to customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
    • Communicate effectively with customers about repair updates and status
  • Diagnosis:
    • Analyze and diagnose vehicle issues to identify necessary repairs
    • Update diagnosis reports in the workshop management system
    • Perform repairs and conduct final inspections to ensure quality workmanship
  • System Handling:
    • Track customer complaints and update systems in real-time
    • Operate the workshop management system to ensure efficient workflow
    • Update operational status and estimated time of arrival (ETA) in both CRM and WMS systems
  • Technical Repairs:
    • Develop expertise on OLA Scooter models and parts
    • Repair or replace scooter parts as needed
    • Stay updated on OLA technical curricula and EV news bulletins
  • Process and Operational:
    • Maintain process adherence at Experience Centers
    • Ensure bays are clearly marked and free from foreign materials
    • Manage invoicing and payment collections
  • Parts Operation:
    • Audit inventory levels and maintain physical and system records
    • Process Goods Received Notes (GRN) and manage inventory at Experience Centers
    • Handle warranty part reverse logistics to Mother Workshops
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters
    • Use proper tool handling and safety equipment
    • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is available and functional
