We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Designer to lead the development of engaging learning solutions across various formats. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess organizational needs and design effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Experience Design: You will create course content, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities that meet adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Material Development: Design and develop instructional materials for ILT, eLearning, blended learning, and virtual simulations, using visual representations like storyboards and mock-ups, job aids, participant guides, and facilitator guides.
  • eLearning & Curation: Build CBT modules and interactive content using tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate, and research topics to curate relevant content for learning programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Redesign existing materials to improve engagement and effectiveness, staying updated on new learning technologies and instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a similar field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, learning, and development.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM, knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate 360, Captivate), and strong skills in MS Office and graphic design tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with LMS, knowledge of video scripting and editing, and understanding of online content accessibility standards.
