Career Opportunities in Investment Banking

As a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in executing transactions and providing expert financial advisory services to clients focused on India.
Key responsibilities include drafting and preparing comprehensive pitch books, reports, and descriptive memoranda for client meetings, conducting in-depth financial analyses, and assisting in the development of detailed financial models. You will also support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital raising, and other strategic financial transactions.
Primary Skills and Qualifications- MBA in Finance or a related field is desired, though not mandatory.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, with at least 1 year of direct front office IB work.
- Advanced financial modeling coursework, training, or experience is preferred.
- A strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill set is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
