About the Role
In a collaborative environment, we seek a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Pan Asia Man power Consultants Recruiting agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging marketing and training materials that cater to various tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan marketing and training documentation by reviewing and understanding tools and processes.
- Ensure integration of marketing materials by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Effectively manage time to develop high-quality materials while meeting project timelines.
- Analyze FAQs and list them during the process.
- Perform task and content analysis.
- Develop document structure and enhance the visual design of content.
- Maintain high standards of written English and communicate fluently and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Identify end-user requirements and create content that aligns with those needs.
- Coordinate with SMEs to define content scope, build materials, and review the final products.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy throughout the process, applying analytical thinking.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in designing and delivering marketing and training materials.
- Proficient in creating storyboards and design.
- Ability to understand software-driven business processes.
- Strong time management skills.
- Experience working independently and remotely with SMEs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to accommodate global requirements.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and technologies (preferred).
