About the Opportunity:

The role involves creating impactful digital product experiences that meet user needs and business goals.

This is a hands-on design position where you will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, engaging user experiences, and designing scalable digital products.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UI and UX solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing end-to-end digital product experiences from concept to execution.
  2. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, UX writers, and researchers to craft user-centered design solutions.
  3. Creating clean, usable, and scalable wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  4. Conducting and applying findings from user research and usability testing.
  5. Ensuring consistency in design systems, visual language, and brand tone.
  6. Balancing business needs, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  7. Driving product design strategy aligned with user-centric design principles.
  8. Applying UX writing, information architecture, and onboarding flows effectively.
  9. Constantly experimenting with new ideas, tools, and methods to improve product design.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web/mobile design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
  • Deep understanding of Indian user behavior and design sensibility.
  • Exceptional UI design skills with an eye for detail and visual harmony.
  • Knowledge of UX research methods and tools.
  • Experience working in agile teams with developers and PMs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
