We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to drive market research and analysis for our online FX & CFDs trading platform. This role will focus on the Indian market, providing key insights and strategic recommendations to enhance our market positioning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive research on the Indian FX & CFDs market, identifying trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze market data, customer behavior, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, offerings, and market presence within the Indian market.
- Provide detailed reports on competitor activities, including pricing, product features, and promotional strategies.
- Consumer Insights
- Gather and interpret data on consumer preferences, needs, and behaviors specific to the Indian market.
- Utilize surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies to understand customer motivations and barriers.
- Regulatory Analysis
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and developments in India's financial markets, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
- Provide insights on how regulatory shifts may impact market dynamics and business strategies.
- Webinars & Seminars
- Represent the company as a thought leader in webinars and seminars, sharing insights and expertise with industry peers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver presentations that position the company as a leader in the online trading industry.
- Strategic Recommendations
- Develop data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies, product development, and market entry or expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of insights to support decision-making processes.
- Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience
- Proven experience in market analysis, research, or a related field, preferably within the financial services, online trading, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of the FX & CFDs market, particularly in the context of the Indian market.
- Analytical Skills
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, such as Excel, SPSS, Tableau, PowerBI.
- Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the Indian financial market landscape, including economic indicators, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with trading platforms and the specific needs of Indian traders.
- Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at webinars, seminars, and industry events.
- Public Engagement
- Willingness to actively participate in webinars, seminars, and other public forums as the face of the company.
- Ability to engage with a diverse audience and effectively represent the company's brand and values.
- Attention to Detail
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
