Key Responsibilities:

The role holder plays a pivotal part in being the People Brand Ambassador and Talent Partner, working closely with business to provide regular People interventions.

Key Priorities Include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Recruitment Management:
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes for critical leadership roles, niche positions, and volume-based roles (especially sales).
  • Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to drive initiatives that reduce attrition, especially among high-turnover segments like insurance sales staff.
  • Induction training for new hires and managing Talent Retention & Employee Development initiatives to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Identify training needs based on business and individual goals and drive Employee Engagement initiatives.
  • Compliance & HR Operations:
  • Ensure labor law compliance across branches in the zone and oversee timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Support internal audits, risk management, and statutory filings to maintain governance, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution best practices.
  • Employee Communication & Connection.

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies that drive business success.

Other Requirements:
