Revenue Growth Professional
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth across B2C and B2B segments through direct sales in training and certification enrollments and executing strategic plans to increase business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with corporate and institutional clients to expand the customer base.
- Create proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements that align with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify high-potential opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate student enrollment processes to improve conversion rates and retention.
- Cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Collaboration and Analysis:
- Design digital campaigns to generate leads in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Conduct competitor analysis and growth experiments to inform business decisions.
- Maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators such as revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Provide weekly business performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
- Fresh graduates or prior experience in sales, growth, or consulting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills are required.
- A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
