Eyewitnesses to deal-making know that every transaction is a complex puzzle. The Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team plays a crucial role in helping clients navigate this landscape.

  • The TSE Technology team evaluates a target's IT infrastructure to identify areas of risk and opportunity, providing valuable insights to inform deal-making decisions.
  • With expertise in technology strategy and transformation, the team helps clients optimize their IT capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing value.

Skill Requirements:

  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in transaction strategy, technology strategy, or technology transformation.
  • Hands-on experience managing large transactions and complex technology projects.
