Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Support batch record review and release activities.
  • Participate in in-process and finished product quality checks.
  • Assist in investigations of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of quality documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements for API manufacturing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day and night).
