About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to head our paid media initiatives, leveraging data to drive impactful campaigns across channels like Google Ads and Meta.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, etc.)
  • Rigorously test creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to refine results
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategy with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and best practices in paid media

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • A proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset; hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
  • Excellent communication skills and reporting abilities
  • Flexibility to work during non-traditional hours or remotely from California
