About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned cloud expert to manage mission-critical cloud infrastructure for global customers. This role involves providing 24x7 managed supports for these cloud environments, overseeing a team and ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS TO IDENTIFY AND REALIZE NEW OPPORTUNITIES
  • ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY MEETING SLA BENCHMARKS
  • RESOLVE ISSUES HOLISTICALLY BY FOCUSING ON THE COMPLETE PROBLEM
  • LEAD A TEAM OF CLOUD ENGINEERS, PROVIDE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND GUIDANCE WHERE REQUIRED
  • ACT AS L3 IN CASE OF ESCALATIONS AND RESOLVE ISSUES WITH A HANDS-ON APPROACH
  • INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS VIA TICKETS, CALLS, EMAILS, AND PERIODIC SYNC UP CALLS

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROVIDING L3 TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN A CLOUD FIRST DATA CENTER OR CLOUD SUPPORT SERVICES ORGANIZATION
  • IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF CLOUD, CONTAINERS, VIRTUALISATION, AND ITS SUPPORTING TECHNOLOGY AND CONCEPTS
  • HANDS-ON KNOWLEDGE OF LINUX, MYSQL, VMWARE/KVM, AND ANY ON-PREM CLOUD TECHNOLOGY
  • IN-DEPTH EXPERIENCE IN ANY MONITORING SYSTEM (PROMETHEUS/NAgios/ZABBIX/SOLARWINDS/MANAGEENGINE ETC.)
  • GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF STORAGE, NETWORKING, BACKUP, BASH
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH CLEAR VERBAL AND WRITTEN ARTICULATION
  • EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING A TEAM OF MINIMUM 4 PEOPLE IN THE ABOVE ROLE
