Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a long-term contract position with a global technology leader. The role involves working in a rotational shift, including Saturdays and Sundays, with regular breaks during the week.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders at various levels, and documenting solutions. Additionally, they will contribute to the development of IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving multiple applications and integration types, as well as designing Role Based Access Control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
  • Proven experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications, HR Systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.
  • Strong expertise in designing Role Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, and JML workflow.
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Contribution to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits.
  • Agile team collaboration experience.
