  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Pharma Business Research: Define problem statements, design research approaches, and present data using relevant frameworks.
  • Develop high-impact solutions, deliver actionable insights, and clear recommendations for senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Presentation of results to clients, handling queries, and active participation in project discussions.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in strategy consulting within pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a strong track record in opportunity assessment and competitive benchmarking.
  • Deep expertise in primary market research, applying advanced analytical models and strategic frameworks for data synthesis and trend identification.
  • Able to quickly grasp client objectives, deliver high-impact solutions independently or as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of pharma and medical data sources, including public databases and commercial platforms.
  • Analytical and growth-oriented mindset, proactive approach to problem-solving, and commitment to delivering value-driven outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, focusing on active listening and stakeholder engagement.
  • Highly organized and time-conscious, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data visualization and report writing.
  • M.Tech./ M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/ MBA, 6+ years of relevant experience in business research, Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Consulting Organization.
