Job Description

The objective of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stock reporting by conducting regular audits and verifying inventory controls.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing a monthly audit schedule that ensures timely approval from senior management.
  2. Participating in scheduled and surprise audits, maintaining high professional standards and integrity.
  3. Identifying and questioning inaccuracies observed during audits, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
  4. Conducting Loss Prevention & Investigation activities, including developing strategies for Shrinkage Control, Internal/External Theft Investigations, Fraud Detection, CCTV Surveillance, and Incident Reporting.
  5. Verifying the accuracy of Project Vendor Bill submissions as an independent expert, ensuring measurements and billing are accurate.
  6. Taking necessary steps to ensure monthly debits are executed in cases of stock pilferages.
  7. Exercising authority to question every process within the inventory/commercial areas and preparing audit reports accordingly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
