Job Title: Software Development Specialist Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Senior Developer/Team Lead to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and validating AI/ML solutions leveraging Python and SQL for US Healthcare Customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in research, design, implementation, and optimization of Machine learning Models
  2. Hands-on experience in Python
  3. Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products
  4. Build data ingest and data transformation platform
  5. Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets
  6. Build AI models from scratch and help product managers and stakeholders understand results
  7. Analysing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
  8. Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
  9. Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
  10. Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed
  11. Defining validation strategies
  12. Defining the pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
  13. Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
  14. Analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them
  15. Deploying models to production
  16. Create APIs and help business customers put results of your AI models into operations
  17. Education :Bachelor's in computer sciences or similar. Masters preferred.
  18. At least 5 years hands-on programming experience working on enterprise products
  19. Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages with a strong foundation in a statistical platform such as Python, R, SAS, or MatLab.
  20. 3+ years project Experience in Deep Learning/Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence
  21. Experience in building AI models using algorithms of Classification & Clustering techniques
  22. Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets
  23. Strong in MS SQL
  24. Acumen to take a complex problem and break it down to workable pieces, to code a solution
  25. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  26. Ability to work in and define a fast pace and team focused environment
  27. Proven record of delivering and completing assigned projects and initiatives
  28. Ability to deploy large scale solutions to an enterprise estate
  29. Strong interpersonal skills
  30. Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes like Claims filing and adjudication is a plus
