ERP Performance Tester

We are seeking a skilled ERP Performance Tester to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise resource planning systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute performance tests for our Oracle and Siebel ERP applications, including test scenarios, scripts, execution, and results analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive performance test plans, including test scenarios, scripts, execution, and results analysis.
  • Identify potential performance issues and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and mitigate performance concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to remediate performance issues and improve testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in performance engineering, with a focus on ERP applications.
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Loadrunner and Neoload.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.
  • An architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases.
  • Proficiency in understanding testing activities and approaches in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
