Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Business Intelligence initiatives, developing new reports, and delivering essential insights to various business audiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience in people management, and relevant work experience in MIS/Reporting/forecasting and scheduling. They should also be well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Erlang, Aspect, Genesys, and other BI tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Intelligence initiatives throughout the organization to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) including summarized and detailed data.
  • Develop new reports for better data representation and understanding of data.
  • Responsible for real-time monitoring, optimizing capacity usage, and driving productivity spanning various business functions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and other mechanisms to deliver essential reports appropriate to various business audiences.
  • Work with business heads to develop and deliver KPIs and other business metrics.
  • Develop tools to provide ad-hoc reporting capabilities.
  • Perform operational and oversight responsibilities as required ensuring all SLAs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in people management.
  • Relevant work experience in MIS/Reporting/forecasting and scheduling.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Erlang, Aspect, Genesys, and other BI tools like Power BI.
  • Good understanding of dialer platforms used in BPO industries.
