We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team at Nutrabay. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for shaping the company's creative vision and direction.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for creating engaging content and experiences that drive business growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that showcase our brand's unique personality and values.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and champion the creative vision for the brand, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers, animators, copywriters, and social media specialists to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging motion graphics and animation to enhance the user experience and elevate brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling brand messaging and content strategies across all social media platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and use insights to continuously refine creative direction and optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Maintain a keen eye on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand's creative edge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10-14 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the health and nutrition industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles, as well as expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of creatives.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building and scaling consumer brands.
