**Role Overview**
The Senior Associate Managed Services Information Security Analyst plays a critical role in our global Cyber Defense Centre (CDC), working 24/7 on rotational shifts to monitor and analyze client data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Information Security Manager (ISM) to optimize the MSSP platform and client SIEM.
- Develop continuous improvement ideas for supported security tools/technologies to enhance company services, employee experience, and client satisfaction.
- Handle security incidents end-to-end from various vectors, including End Point Protection and Enterprise Detection and Response tools.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and new technologies in the area of specialization to provide high-quality services.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to share knowledge and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Developing knowledge in implementing and monitoring SIEM or security tools/technologies/concepts.
- Knowledge of security architecture, worked across different security technologies.
- Understanding of modern computer systems and networks and how they can be compromised.
- Excellent customer service orientation and proactive thinking.
- Problem-solving abilities, self-organization, and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills and ability to remain calm in pressurized situations.
