We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team at NuStar Technologies. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle Identity and Directory services.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers and partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Identity support tickets via email, slack, and ServiceNow.
- Manage ticketing queues and provide clear, concise updates on tickets, including status, next steps, timeline, ownership, problem summary statements, root cause analysis, solutions, etc.
- Develop customer-facing support documentation to summarize common support issues.
- Liaise with the wider support team, Sustaining and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are integrated into ODS ODSEE products and documentation.
- Participate in escalation calls to brief customer management on support cases and assist in creating action plans to resolve customer issues.
- Provide continuous feedback on challenges, share suggested improvements to management, and contribute to product bugs, documentation bugs, ticket closure process, and KB feedback.
- Ensure best practices are followed and processes are adhered to, especially regarding compliance, security incidents, and data breaches.
