Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Data Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data.
**Job Purpose:**
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and execute a comprehensive range of Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting activities in daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for supported group companies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and execute RTR accounting activities in daily operations.
- Ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the implementation of central requirements for accounting, reporting, and quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and notes according to IFRS.
- Conduct and enhance internal controls procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RTR with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proficient in SAP S4 HANA and in-depth knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
