This role plays a vital part in shaping the visual identity of our brand across different platforms including social media, packaging, and website. The job involves creating engaging visual assets, conceptualizing innovative design solutions, and collaborating with our marketing team to ensure seamless execution.

In this position, you will be working closely with the performance teams to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns. We encourage our employees to think creatively and propose novel ideas that enhance our brand's image.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies will also be advantageous.

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have experience in graphic designing & video editing, strong portfolio showcasing your range of video editing and motion design projects, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, we would like to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create engaging visual assets such as digital ads, social media graphics, videos, packaging, and website content.
  2. Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions to align with our brand guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  5. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our brand's design strategies competitive.
  6. Provide guidance to junior designers and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for social creative like Reels, GIFs.
  • Ability to adapt to newer AI tools of design function.
  • Excellent understanding of video editing - including animations, motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and motion design projects.
