Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and client expectations.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition, preferably within financial services or recovery operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Sales & Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines. Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value for potential clients.
- Proactivity & Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume outreach including cold calling and email campaigns. Persistent and resilient with a positive attitude towards handling rejection and challenges.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the recovery and operations services landscape and the nuances of unclaimed investments.
