Key Responsibilities
  • Qualification & Pipeline Management: Identify and assess potential clients aligning with our target customer profiles. Develop and maintain a robust CRM system with up-to-date client data and actionable insights.
  • Client Engagement & Solution Articulation: Engage with potential clients through various outreach methods to understand their specific recovery challenges. Clearly articulate our value proposition, emphasizing our expertise in unclaimed investments recovery. Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored demonstrations and presentations that address client pain points.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist in creating and refining proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales documentation. Prepare and present technical and business insights that help clients understand the impact of our solutions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition, preferably within financial services or recovery operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Sales & Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines. Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value for potential clients.
  • Proactivity & Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume outreach including cold calling and email campaigns. Persistent and resilient with a positive attitude towards handling rejection and challenges.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions accordingly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
