Job Title: Validation and Testing Lead

The lead validation and testing specialist is accountable for leading comprehensive testing activities ensuring business-critical software applications meet established requirements. They will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop high-quality scalable software solutions.

This role involves participating in requirement discussions to create test scripts, building test scripts per implementation project plan by working with various team members, conducting informal and formal testing, and resolving identified issues.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing regression testing to verify changes do not negatively impact existing system functionality, communicating potential risks and contingency plans with project management, and identifying and resolving technical challenges/bugs effectively.

  • Master's degree with 4–6 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Diploma with 10–12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with global virtual teams. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time, and possess expert SQL skills for data profiling and creation of test data.
