Job Title: Nutrition and Wellness Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate professional to lead our sales efforts in reaching out to retail stores, institutions, and corporates across Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding new clients, and managing relationships with existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a nutritionist or dietitian with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is also essential, along with strong time management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, local area groups, retail, general trade, societies, including corporates.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
  • Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience (min. 5 years) as a nutritionist/Dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
