Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Expert

  • This role requires an individual who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in channel planning, media buying, and campaign execution across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google Search, YouTube, and Display advertising.
  • Prior experience in ad operations and management, tag management, and Google Analytics setup and reporting is a must.
  • A successful performance marketer should be able to recommend optimal media mixes, support full-funnel journeys from awareness to conversion, and provide strategic advisory services to drive business growth.
  • We are seeking a skilled professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Performance Marketing Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Planning & Media Buying: Develop and execute plans for effective media buying across various channels.
  • Meta (Instagram & Facebook): Manage campaigns on Meta platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Google (Search, YouTube, Display): Implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute and manage campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Ad Operations and Management: Oversee ad operations, including ad serving, tracking, and optimization.
  • Tag Management: Ensure proper implementation and management of tags across websites and applications.
  • Google Analytics Setup and Reporting: Set up and maintain Google Analytics to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights.
  • Strategy & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to the team on optimizing marketing efforts and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
