Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our software products.

Job Description:

  • Participate in the planning and execution of release and QA activities
  • Define the scope of work and prioritize tasks independently
  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve test cases and test plans according to specified requirements
  • Report test results and defects
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in software
  • Develop and maintain automated tests
  • Analyze test results and configure testing environments
  • Design and enhance automation frameworks
  • Participate in team meetings and adhere to established project workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Capability to perform both automated and manual testing
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes
  • Perfect understanding of QA processes and methodologies – test planning, test case management tools, bug tracking systems, and software development life cycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and developers, as well as work independently
  • Self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as TeamCity, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, and experience coding in JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of Page Object Model
  • Experience with REST API testing
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps
